Online registration only: You can register online through our parent portal or download the parent portal app.

• A $25.00 non-refundable registration fee secures a place in the class. The registration fee is charged annually (dance Aug 2025 – June 2026)
• When registering, you are registering for the dance season September 8, 2025, through May 22, 2026
• Returning students: Log in to the parent portal to register. The email address and phone number you initially used to set up your account will enable you to access your parent portal account.
• New students should visit our website, register, and then proceed to the New Student section.

Tuition is based on 9 months, divided into four equal quarterly payments. In each month, there may be 3, 4, or even 5 classes, depending on holidays, weather, and scheduled closings. Our dance year consists of 32 classes. Click Here to see Hourly Tuition Rates

How to Pay:

• Cash, credit, and check payments can be made at the studio
• Automated payments can be set up through our parent portal: ACH/ electronic check (no extra charge), credit card, and debit cards are accepted

Payment Policies

• A $20.00 service charge will be assessed on all returned
• ACH or credit/ debit insufficient funds, or refund $25.00 charge
• Registration fee is non-refundable
• Quarterly tuition is non-refundable
• All tuition must be paid in full by April 1st, 2026
• If participating in our annual spring performance, all tuition and fees must be paid in full to receive costumes
• Students who wish to drop out mid-quarter: Tuition for that quarter is non-refundable. Students are encouraged to finish the quarter. You must notify the studio office before the next quarter’s payment is due to be unenrolled from classes, or you will be charged and responsible for tuition for the next quarter.
• Tuition Late Fee – A late fee of $15.00 will be added to your account seven days after the due date if payment is not made in full. Accounts will be assessed an additional $15.00 late fee every 30 days past the initial due date until the balance is paid.

When Payments are Due:

• 1st Quarter payment is due upon registration
• 2nd Quarter payment is due November 3rd, 2025
• 3rd Quarter payment is due January 13th, 2026
• 4th Quarter payment is due March 9th, 2026

Where to drop in-person payments: Tuition payments can be placed in our outside mailbox or the purple studio mailbox located inside the lobby. Tuition can also be mailed to the studio: 386 West Main Street, Northboro, MA 01532.
